• What to expect the first 24 hours

• How to take care of your newborn

• Bathing, diapering and dressing your baby

• Sleep, swaddling, white noise and more

With over 20 years of postpartum support experience, certified New Parent Educator Petra Nobel is the right person to help you being prepared for the arrival of your newborn.  Giving you all the ins and outs and tips and tricks that every parent should know.

New Parent Education workshops are hosted via zoommeeting and are 3 hours long
